Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times
All solar equipment orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays to ensure safe handling of high-capacity kits.
Shipping Methods & Regions
We ship nationwide using specialized freight partners for heavy equipment (solar panels, batteries) and standard ground carriers for smaller accessories. We currently deliver to the continental United Kingdom and select European regions.
Delivery & Shipping Fees
Standard freight delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Free shipping is available on complete solar kit orders over £2,500.
Tracking & Damaged Packages
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please inspect your delivery immediately. If your equipment arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours to hello@ventosolar.com with photographic evidence for an expedited replacement.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility & Window
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built solar arrays, modified wiring kits, and items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned. Safety equipment that has been unsealed is also exempt from our return policy.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges & Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact our support team. Exchanges for different models will be treated as a return and new purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For heavy freight items, we can assist in arranging collection at the customer's expense.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@ventosolar.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide instructions on where to send your package once the request is reviewed.
